I have a passion for people (and cats!) and a soft spot for storytelling.

So, why UX design? In my previous positions, we used various names: customers, guests, and patients. Now, it is users. Different terms and different industries but all center around the same focus: people. I have continually devoted myself to work that seeks to understand people's needs and deliver memorable experiences. UX designers lead with empathy first and that is something I have done for the past five years and counting. I am to continue bridging the gap between people and businesses whilst creating fun and memorable experiences.
